DVMAX returns Error -43 or PDF file byte size 0

Applies to Versions: DVMAX 7.5 and up
Operating Systems: Windows Only

If you find that DVMAX is either attempting to print 2 copies of statements, or displaying an Error 41 or Error 43 when printing statements, you may need to update your print driver on the computer.

This error will also occur when previewing statements. The error is resolved in DVMAX v8.8.

Step 1: Download PDFCreator Version 1.7.3

Step 2: Install PDFCreator on any computer that may run Statements

DVMAX should now be able to generate statements, and correctly save a PDF copy to each clients record going forward.
