- While viewing the client list, go to the File menu and choose Print...; The Printing Clients window appears
- Choose Custom from the Report List and click Print. The Quick Report window will appear.
- In the Quick Report Window, Make sure “related tables” is selected.
- Double click on “Full Name”
- To add the spent YTD field, click the columns menu at the top, then click add
- A Formula Editor window will appear, in the column called Command By Themes, scroll till you find the field dyncli_getSpentYTD and double click it
- Click OK and a column will show up labeled C1, click underneath the column header C1 and add our own custom title called Spent YTD
- To sort the list from greatest to least, change your tables to Report Columns under Report Parameters
- Click on Spent YTD column and click the green arrow to the right to send it into the sort order box
- Click the 'up arrow' once, which makes it look like a 'down arrow'. This will sort the list by Descending (biggest spender first.)
- Go to the File menu and choose “Generate”
- This will print the list of clients who have spent more than the amount specified in your previous search, and will be sorted by the greatest to least.
NOTE: To export this list, before going to File to Generate, go to File, destination, and choose Disk File. Then go back to File and generate. It will prompt you to save it.
