Applies to: DVMAX v7.0.12 and higher
Purpose: The bill item price list report in DVMAX v8.6 prints with sliced text, making it difficult to read. This document provides instructions for a workaround by using the DVMAX custom report feature.
Note: Users must have access to the Inventory Management role to perform the steps outlined below
Searching for report content
- From the Section pull-down, choose Inventory Management
- Search for Bill Items
- Search for the group of items for which you'd like to generate the report. For example, if you are only reporting Prescription Medication prices, search for all items that begin with the Item Code Rx. If you are printing the full list, click All Records
Generating the report
- Download the following report
View file name Bill Item Price List.4qr height 250
- From the list of items you have generated, choose Print from the File pull-down
- Choose the Printing Option of Custom and click Print. A Quick Report box opens.
- From the File pull-down, choose Open
- Navigate to the Bill Item Price List.4qr report you downloaded in Step 1
- From the File menu, choose
