Appointment Scheduler

• A new Appointment Report exists in the Custom Reports section of DVMAX. It includes dozens of customizable options to fit the needs of various practice environments and has the ability to be exported.
• Fixed an issue that could cause the displayed appointment height in week view to be truncated.
• Fixed an issue where default appointment color (from setup) was not respected when using Ctrl+S/Cmd+S from client or patient record.
• The Floating Date Picker’s state on the Appointment Scheduler will now be remembered when the scheduler is re-opened.
• The Week View on the Appointment Scheduler now functions with the contextual menu (right click options)
• Fixed an issue where Day View on the Scheduler could show 1 hour earlier or later depending on DST.
• Fixed an issue where DVMAX would ask where is Firefox and Chrome when launching the Scheduler.
• The Appointment Scheduler Default color is now honored when editing a staff’s recurring/weekly setup.

Patient History

• DVMAX will no longer allow the CMD+. keyboard shortcut in the MRE window. This change is an effort to prevent losing the entry of medical notes, as this shortcut means 'cancel and close' the open window.
• The Patient History tab will now show the preview of typed text in a MRE, even if it is preceded by a return carriage.
• Fixed an issue where adding an MRE linked to a requisition could result in a temporarily-incorrect patient history references.

Lab Integration and Services

• DVMAX will no longer attempt to parse PDFs passed from the IDEXX Vet Lab System. Previously this would result in error and halt the integration.
• Fixed an error that could occur when using the Chart Labs function
• The Patient name will now appear on the Antech/Zoasis requisition form.
• Fixed an issue where Orphaned lab results downloaded from IDEXX reference labs would not show up in the Patient’s History once assigned.

Label Printing

• Driver Based Label Printing will now respect the #of Lines for pre-printed Labels
• Fixed an issue that could occur if the year on a printed RX Label used the full format of MM/DD/YYYY.

Credit Card Processing

• Fixed a problem where the cardholder name would not always appear on the printed credit card receipt.

Command Palette / Pending

• The Pending button on the Command Palette will now constrain appointments to the current day only.

Invoicing

• Fixed and issue that could prevent the user from seeing the discount percentage on a finished invoice.
