Purpose: Facilities have the ability to edit how the date is displayed in the DVMAX Research application using two different advanced settings. This document describes the options available.
From DVMAX Research Setup Client Application
The following options can be used in the two advanced settings to edit how the date is displayed
Y - 4 digit year
YS - 2 digit year
M - month number
D - day number
MN - month name
DN - day name
MNS - abbreviated month name
DNS - abbreviated day name
Example: D-MN-YS would display as 5-April-17
The following options can be used in the two advanced settings to edit how the date is displayed

D | A short textual representation of the day of the week | Mon to Sun |
j | Day of the month without leading zeros | 1 to 31 |
I | A full textual representation of the day of the week | Sunday to Saturday |
N | ISO-8601 numeric representation of the day of the week | 1 (for Monday) through 7 (for Sunday) |
w | Numeric representation of the day of the week | 0 (for Sunday) to 6 (for Saturday) |
F | A full textual representation of a month, such as January or March | January to December |
m | Numeric representation of a month, with leading zeros | 01 to 12 |
M | A short textual representation of a month | Jan to Dec |
n | Numeric representation of a month, without leading zeros | 1 to 12 |
Y | A full numeric representation of a year, 4 digits | 1999 or 2003 |
y | A two digit representation of a year | 99 or 03 |
a | Lowercase Ante meridiem and Post meridiem | am or pm |
A | Uppercase Ante meridiem and Post meridiem | AM or PM |
g | 12-hour format of an hour without leading zeros | 1 to 12 |
G | 24-hour format of an hour without leading zeros | 0 to 23 |
