Setting/Updating the Path To Images Folder

Your images folder is where attachments added to the animal history are stored. You will need to map a path to the images folder so that DVMAX knows where to store/retrieve these attachments.

 

  • Log into the DVMAX Client application (not web client)

  • From the Admin pull-down, choose Setup

  • Click on the Utilities tab

  • In the Images section, type the path to the Images folder

    • Be sure to include the \ at the end of the path

    • Note: the path here is an example - this may not be the same path on your configuration. Please reach out to DVMAXRHelp@idexx.com if you have questions on setting the path.
