  • If you  do not see the arrows icon at all, Smart Service is not set up. Please contact the In-House Diagnostics Support team at 888800-433248-99482483 to get Smart Service set up for you. 
  • If the arrows are there but the icon/dot is red, you can go to Settings on the IVLS, Choose the SmartService tab, toggle off,  toggle on. If the icon does not turn green, please contact the In-House Diagnostics Support team at 888800-433248-99482483.
