Ordering Troubleshooting
A requisition window does not open when I add my radiograph or ultrasound to the patient history or invoice.
- Verify the bill item is linked to the appropriate IDEXX Provider Code. Steps can be found in the IDEXX Web PACS Configuration document.
I placed an order through DVMAX, but the order isn't showing up on the capture station
- If this affects all orders:
- Is the workstation on which the IDEXX Web PACS monitor is started, running DVMAX Client?
- If you are unsure which station is running the IDEXX Web PACS monitor, you can check the setting on each terminal
- From the File pull-down, choose Preferences
- Locate the IDEXX Web PACS Monitor section
- If the box is checked and Stop Monitor is highlighted, this is the computer that needs to have DVMAX running in order for orders to be sent to the capture station.
- Only ONE DVMAX Client workstation should have this setting checked
- If DVMAX Client was not running on the workstation that has the IDEXX Web PACS monitor running, try sending an order after the you have started DVMAX. If orders are still not sent, please contact DVMAX Technical Support at 800-950-5455
- If DVMAX Client was running on the workstation that has the IDEXX Web PACS monitor running and you are still unable to send any orders to the capture station, please contact DVMAX Technical Support at 800-950-5455
- If you are unsure which station is running the IDEXX Web PACS monitor, you can check the setting on each terminal
- Is the workstation on which the IDEXX Web PACS monitor is started, running DVMAX Client?
- If this only affects one order, verify that the patient has a name, DOB, species and breed configured under General Information. If any of this information is missing, the requisition won't be sent to the capture station.
