IMPORTANT

- It is recommended that you delete a bill item only if the clinic hasn’t used the item within the past 3 years.

- When running a detailed sales report, this item will be listed as bad code. It is best to delete an item only if it won't be listed on the Detailed Sales Report

- If deleting a Medical Record Code with an attached Finding Class, the staff will need to click on text view to see the text from the finding class.

- Deleting an Inventory Item will cause the item to not appear on the pharmacy log.



Deleting a Bill Item

Section, Inventory Management, Bill Items
Open the Bill Item
Check the Sales History via the Sales History Tab
Double click on the linked inventory and delete this link (if there is one)
Click on the Patient Link tab
Under Linked Medical Record Codes
Double click on the linked MRC
Click Delete

Delete Bill Item 


Deleting an Inventory Item

Section, Inventory Management, Inventory Item
Open the Inventory Item
Check the Sales History via the Sales History Tab (If the item has been sold in the past three years, we recommend not deleting the item)
Click Delete in the lower left hand corner of the screen


Deleting a Medical Record Code

Section, Patient Codes, Med Rec Codes
Locate the MRC to delete
Open the MRC
Click on the Delete button
Okay through the messages



Please contact Tech Support for instructions on deleting multiple items at one time.
