Applies to: Windows Vista & 7
Our recommendation is to keep the Windows DPI value at 96 or 100%, but sometimes when this is set higher, and then set back to 96, some fonts retain the larger size and lists of records in DVMAX still appear too large. To fix this, you must manually set the font sizing in Windows Registry Editor.
Go to Start -> type regedit and press Enter. Or select Registry Editor.
Navigate to:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Fonts
Locate the few keys listed below and update their values
MS Sans Serif 8,10,12,14,18,24 --> Change Value Data to SSERIFE.FON
MS Serif 8,10,12,14,18,24 --> Change Value Data to SERIFE.FON
Courier 10,12,15 --> Change Value Data to COURE.FON
Reboot the computer. The font sizing should now be corrected.
