Step 1: Enter your VetConnect PLUS and VC Agent credentials
- In DVMAX Client, on any worksationworkstation, go to the File menu and choose Preferences.
- Click on Lab Result Setup tab.
- Near the bottom, locate Idexx Configuration
- Ensure Use VC4 Lab Services is selected
- Check off Check For Results
- Keep Check Every 1 Hours setting as is
- Enter your VC Agent User ID and Password
- Enter VetConnect User ID and Password (Note: This is not the same as your IDEXX Lab Services user & password)
- Click OK to save to your changes.
