Not Secure Message when Opening Appointment Scheduler

Applies to: DVMAX v7.6r2 and higher

Purpose: When opening the appointment scheduler in your web browser, you may see a message stating that the page is not secure. This document will explain in further detail.

Examples of the Message

Clicking on the message alerts you that the site you are visiting is not secure and any sensitive information could be stolen by hackers.

Do you need to be concerned?

No - the appointment scheduler is only connecting to your internal server; it is only available to access from within your hospital. If you are attempting to access DVMAX Client from outside of your practice, we recommend using a secure connection method, such as a VPN connection.
