Invisible Invoice Window 'Stuck' outside the general viewing area

Sometimes the Invisible Invoice window, or other windows in DVMAX can get 'pushed' outside the viewing area, and cannot be reclaimed by mouse dragging the window back into view.

To grab the window and move it back into the main window of DVMAX:

1) Move your mouse onto the window - be sure to mouse over part of the box, and not the 'white area'.
2) Hold down CTRL + ALT + Left Click + Right Click on the mouse.
3) Drag the mouse down to pull the window back into view.
