Allow Apps from Anywhere on Mac OSX GateKeeper
Applies to: DVMAX v8.6 or higher

Starting with OSX Sierra, Apple has made the option to 'Allow Apps from Anywhere' hidden by default. This will prevent you from being able to install and run DVMAX. The follow steps will guide you on how to re-enable this option.
Disable Gatekeeper
- Open the Terminal application (from a spotlight search, or browse through Applications)
- Type the following inside the Terminal app (black window): sudo spctl --master-disable
Enter the Admin user's password.
If the password fails, try the original Admin's password.Close the Terminal application
Go to the Apple menu and choose System Preferences
Click on Security & Privacy
